Binkley & Barfield is pleased to announce that Roxana Garcia, PE will serve as a Senior Construction Project Manager for transportation projects statewide.

Ms. Garcia has over 20 years of state service (TxDOT) in charge of roadway and bridge projects. Her experience includes transportation engineering and construction management for highways, bridges and related structures such as multi-level interchanges. Additionally, Ms. Garcia has served in multiple roles providing a range of services including project management, contract administration, material quality control and assurance, scheduling, dispute and claim analysis, negotiations and resolution.
