Binkley & Barfield, Inc. is pleased to announce that Bradford K. Brimley, PhD will serve as a Traffic Engineer within the College Station Regional Office.

Mr. Brimley received his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University and his Doctorate degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University. Additionally, Mr. Brimley brings five years of transportation engineering experience from the Texas A&M Transportation Institute allowing BBI to provide local traffic engineering services including Traffic Impact Analysis, Traffic Signal Design, Illumination Design, School Traffic Management Plans, Traffic Simulation, Traffic Control Plans, and Pedestrian & Bicycle Studies.
