Binkley & Barfield, Inc. is pleased to announce that Eleanor R. Rivera, PE will serve as a Project Manager in our College Station Regional Office.

Eleanor has over 20 years of project management and civil engineering design experience. Eleanor’s experience includes design of roadways, stormwater detention and drainage systems, traffic control plans, hydraulic and hydrologic analysis (including FEMA LOMR and CLOMR submittals), and flood mitigation. Eleanor is a Licensed Professional Engineer with a strong track record working on cross-functional teams to acquire and develop large projects on time and within budget.
