Todd Calvin, PE was elected to the Board of Directors for the Underground Construction Technology Association (UCTA). Founded in 1992, the UCTA promotes education, training, research, development and information concerning traditional, trenchless and rehabilitation technologies and to promote the use of these technologies. Todd, Vice President of Public Infrastructure in our Houston office, has been with BBI for seven years, and throughout this time, he has managed numerous projects requiring the use of trenchless technologies, leading to client cost savings and a reduced construction duration.
