Joe Orr, a Baseline Corporation Company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Binkley & Barfield, Inc. is pleased to announce that Stacey D. Lyle, PhD, RPLS will serve as RPLS Chief Scientist and will assist in developing new surveying and GIS opportunities for our entire organization.

Stacey has more than 30 years of geospatial, geodetic, and professional land surveying experience, has published over 50 research papers and presented numerous professional workshops on Legal Aspects, Geodesy, GPS/GIS, Software/Firmware, Engineering and SIT/EIT/RPLS Exam topics. Dr. Lyle is a former NASA Faculty Fellow, USDA Fellow, Research Scientist at the Conrad Blucher Institute for Surveying and Science, and an Associate Professor at Texas A&M University in Corpus Christi. Dr. Lyle has signed and sealed numerous types of surveys that include Oil & Gas Permit Plats, Land Boundary, Topographic, ALTA, Geodetic Control, and Hydrographic Surveys. Additionally, Dr. Lyle has testified as an Expert Witness in local, State, Federal and International court cases on technology patents, mineral/ land ownership, and professional negligence issues.
