Binkley & Barfield, Inc. is pleased to announce that Louis G. Cardenas, Jr., P.E., will serve as Senior Project Manager of Pipeline Services in Houston, Texas.

Mr. Cardenas is a graduate of Texas A&M University – Kingsville with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. With over 19 years of experience, Mr. Cardenas provides leadership and expertise in the design and construction of natural gas distribution systems, Integrity Management (IM) Engineering, as well as, management of designers, engineering, permitting and operations. Mr. Cardenas brings valuable relationships and experience with both private developers and governmental agencies from his past experience with CenterPoint Energy.
