OpenRoads, a comprehensive civil design software, is BBI’s newest tool to support our highway and roadway design and analysis efforts from concept through construction. OpenRoads delivers all the information needed to support the project delivery lifecycle and operational workflows. In addition to providing automatic cross section generation, it’s dynamic modeling capabilities allow us to identify and quickly resolve issues by showing us where our proposed designs land in space. OpenRoads Designer, an add-on application, enables detailed 3D designs for surveying, drainage, subsurface utilities, and roadway design that merges previous capabilities from multiple sources.
