Binkley & Barfield, Inc. (BBI) is pleased to announce the addition of Steven “Steve” Albert, PE, CFM as Vice President of our Public Infrastructure group in Houston, Texas.
Steve joins BBI’s Public Infrastructure team as Vice President with four decades of practice in a wide array of civil engineering disciplines. Steve has extensive experience in infrastructure projects including water and sanitary sewer systems, roadways, drainage, and stormwater management with specializations in hydrology & hydraulics and design utilizing Low Impact Development methods.
