Houston, Texas (March 1, 2018) – Binkley & Barfield, Inc. (BBI) is pleased to announce the promotion of Emmanuel “Manny” Sotomi to Project Manager of our Construction Management group.
Manny will be responsible for the oversight of all BBI’s Construction Management projects and will continue to support our Utility group. He will also oversee our Inspections team to ensure proper management of all inspections required for construction projects within BBI.

Manny has 35 years of progressive experience in Construction Management and project controls.
