BinkleyBarfield | DCCM is a multidisciplinary civil engineering firm with headquarters in Houston and fully staffed regional offices in College Station, Corpus Christi, El Paso, Laredo, New Braunfels, Richardson, Round Rock, and San Antonio.
BinkleyBarfield | DCCM offers a range of services, including transportation, structural, traffic, infrastructure (drainage, water, wastewater, and roadway), construction management, utility engineering and coordination, subsurface utility engineering (SUE), telecommunications, power, pipeline, and emerging technologies. We also offer surveying services through our wholly owned subsidiary, Baseline | DCCM.
Helmed by Larry Barfield, PE, FNSPE, FTEF, FSAME, as Chairman Emeritus; Brett Binkley as CEO; Youssef Laham, PE, as President; and David Hamilton, PE, as Executive Vice President; the firm has served Texas since 1971.
