This past weekend, Dave Hamilton, PE joined Harris County Commissioner R. Jack Cagle for the 18th Annual Harris County Precinct 4 Opry fundraising event.
The event, held at the Humble Civic Center, featured Michael & Ginny Hix with the Holla Band who gave a foot-stomping, high-energy performance playing pop, rock, and country hits from the past.
