According to a 2020 American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) survey, Houston is the best metropolitan area to live in based on average salary, cost of living, and job availability. Three additional Binkley & Barfield office locations also made the Top 20 List—Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio!
