Binkley & Barfield, Inc. (BBI) is pleased to announce the addition of Martin Benavidez, PE to the position of Director of Power Services in our San Antonio office.
Martin is an electrical engineer with more than 30 years of experience in electrical engineering for power plant, substation, transmission, and distribution projects. He has extensive equipment knowledge of electric motors, metal-clad switchgear, motor control centers, relays, turbine/generators, pumps, transformers, circuit breakers, and distribution smart devices (reclosers, sectionalizers, fault indicators, air break switches, and switchgear). Martin has also been responsible for managing O&M and Capital Improvement Project budgets.
As Director of Power Services in the San Antonio office, he will be responsible for project management, training and development of staff, and supporting pursuits of business opportunities in the power services sector across the region.
