This promotion supports the growth of the DCCM transportation practice, which is aligned with company strategic initiatives and ongoing career path development. “I’m really excited to see Ben grow in this new role as he has already been leading the central office project management and delivery efforts throughout 2024. He’s led group meetings and spearheaded the Christmas Cheer initiative for Building 5. This promotion is truly well-deserved, and I have confidence he’ll continue to excel in his new position.” said Kevin Mineo, PE, Vice President – Transportation. Ben will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of transportation projects meets client expectations, including adherence to quality standards, financial oversight of projects, and maintaining client expectations and satisfaction. He will also be responsible for growing the client base in the Houston region. Ben joined the transportation division in October 2012 and held the position of Sr. Project Manager responsible for designing and managing major transportation projects before his promotion.
